When you bring your bicycle to us for maintenance or repair, our friendly, professionally trained technicians will assess your bike's needs and provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate. Whether your bike is in need of a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, we promise that your ride is in good hands.
Repair Drop off
1. Bring your bike in anytime that we are open for business!
2. Wait for a skilled professional to assess and do a free estimate on your bike. Usually this process takes about 15-30min. (If you lack the time, no problem, just drop your bike off with name, number, reason for dropping it off, and your budget.)
3. Snider's employees always does a safety check on your bike. We require a working brake to work on the bike, and if you have cracked tires that you must change them out.
4. Snider's will give you a print out of a quote of the bike. We always recommend to approve a total amount than the bare minimum, that way if little repairs come up we can fix your bike without having to call and get permission.
5. We will have you sign off on the repair, and give you a window of time your repair will be completed by.
Please communicate with employees any concerns you have with your bike, if you hope to get your bike back sooner than later, and any upgrades you are hoping to make.
